In the business of crafting exceptionally high-quality residential furniture for over 120 years, Flexsteel wanted to increase brand recognition and target new audiences. They called upon RedThread to strategically reposition their brand and refresh all aspects of their brand experience. We began with refining their voice and updating their messaging to better connect their value propositions with their product portfolio. We also updated their brand style guidelines and all their visual assets to better appeal to their new audiences. A completely refreshed, more user-friendly website was developed, along with new sales tools and promotional materials to support product launches and industry events.
